- If the house is rented with the studio, a week is charged at 6 days. The 7th day is free.

- All bookings require a 15% deposit.

- We will "hold" dates on request, however if another client wants those dates and puts a deposit on them, they get the dates.

- Deposits are non-refundable if booking is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, unless we can re-book the space.

- Phone and fax deposit is $100.00 per week.
